OUR STRATEGY

HomeNow provides its residents with the opportunity to choose a home from any property for sale in the UK. The resident has security of tenure and fixed rent for a period of 5 years. On the fifth anniversary, the resident has the right to buy the property and receive one third of any house price increase after costs. This provides the resident with a real sense of ownership whilst they are renting.
The sense of ownership felt by residents results in reduced maintenance costs and void periods, enabling HomeNow to provide competitive returns to investors despite sharing one third of the capital increase.
Investment is made into a five year closed ended fund, which purchases the properties, rents them and generates annual dividends from the rental income.
