HomeNow is a social impact fund with the goal of helping aspirational homeowners access the UK property ladder, whilst also providing competitive returns to investors. HomeNow is the trading name for [BOMAD] Investments Limited, which is authorised by the FCA as an alternative investment fund manager. It is focussed exclusively on the UK residential real estate market.
Investment is made into a five year closed ended fund, which purchases the and rents out properties and provides annual dividends from rental the income. HomeNow strives to provides its residents with a 5 year security of tenure, stability of financial outgoings. They have a feeling of ownership in a place they can call their own home as they have the right to buy it after 5 years and share in a third of any increase in its value from when they started renting.
